4. overwhelming as an army with banners.
5. Turn away your eyes from before me,
5. for they overwhelm me.
5. Your hair is like a flock of the goats
5. that moves down from Gilead.
6. Your teeth are like a flock of the ewes
6. that have come up from the washing,
6. all of them bearing twins,
6. and there is none bereaved among them.
7. Your cheeks behind your veil
7. are like halves of a pomegranate.
8. Sixty queens there are, eighty concubines,
8. and maidens beyond number.

9. she is the favorite of her mother who bore her.
9. Maidens see her and consider her fortunate;
9. queens and concubines praise her:

11. I went down to the orchard of the walnut trees
11. to look at the blossoms of the valley,
11. to see whether the vines have sprouted,
11. whether the pomegranates have blossomed.
